When I was first introduced to massage therapy in 2002, I knew I had found my calling.  As I studied and practiced my newfound vocation, I felt in my heart that I was meant to help people heal their bodies and minds through therapeutic massage.  I achieved my first massage therapy certification in Newport News, VA in 2004.
I have been a licensed massage therapist in New York State since 2008, with particular specialization in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, integrated, and Swedish massage.
In 2011, I experienced the wonderful benefits of Reiki. Learning the skill of this Japanese rooted holistic practice, I fell in love, yet again with another bodywork modality. By February 2017, I achieved my Reiki Master certification.  I thoroughly enjoy Reiki just as much as Massage Therapy.
